About the Facility

The Golfsmith Driving Range and Learning Facility welcomes golfers of all ages and skill levels from beginners to established players and features 80 practice stations (grass and artificial), covered stations during inclement weather, putting, short game and sand areas a large feature green and full facility lighting. Our friendly, knowledgeable staff of Golf Professionals are here for all your golfing needs, including individual one-on-one lessons and group clinics. Hours of Operation Sunday: 10am to 6pm Monday: 11am to 8:30pm Tuesday � Friday 10am to 8:30pm Saturday: 9am to 8:30pm Last bucket of practice balls sold 30 min. before closing. All times listed are weather permitting. Professional Services

Individual One-on-One Golf Lessons

Created to offer one-on-one instruction for all golfers (beginners and established) who desire to learn the game in the most personal and comfortable manner while building a trust with their Golf Professional. One-on-one lessons can cover any aspect of the game, including grip, ball position, alignment, posture and more. Individual one-on-one lessons are available by appointment only; a 3-5 day notice may be required based on demand. Call us at 512-837-1810 to book an appointment.

Clinics

Public Clinics are offered during the months of February � November, weather permitting, for a cost of $10.00 per student. Sign up must take place 24 hours in advance.

Wednesday:Open public clinic starting at 6pm for 1 hour, one large bucket of balls included.
Saturday:Open public clinic starting at 9am for 1 hour, short game focus - 10am for 1 hour, full swing focus, both include one large bucket of balls.

The Academy at Golfsmith

The Academy at Golfsmith is a golf school that features a custom-designed learning center complete with indoor hitting bay, covered tee areas and a spacious grass hitting area for both long and short game work. The indoor teaching bay houses a state-of-the-art video system with multiple camera angles used to analyze your swing and explain principles that help you become a better golfer. All academy schools include loaner clubs (if needed), four-to-one student/pro ratio, lunch each day, DVD to take home, and written plan created by our professionals.
