Shipping Delays and Damaged Goods
Our Customer Service Representatives are available by calling toll-free at 1-800-813-6897 M-F 8am-8pm CST (or from outside the US and Canada at 1-512-837-4810). If possible, please have your customer number or order number handy.
Because of size and weight limitations, shipments may arrive in more than one package. Please wait a few days for all units to arrive before communicating with us. The number of packages shipped is indicated on shipping labels and on our invoice. Delivery time varies with distance and method of shipment used.
If it is necessary to inquire about a delay in the delivery of an order, please state the name and address under which the merchandise was ordered, the date mailed, description of merchandise and any special information which you might think necessary to enable us to trace with the carrier.
If an item reaches you in damaged condition, save the shipping carton and notify Golfsmith at once to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Please do not return damaged or broken merchandise to us unless you receive our instructions to do so. This is necessary so that you do not lose your right to file a claim. All claims for damaged goods or shortages must be made with the carrier within ten days of invoice date.
No return merchandise will be accepted without valid cause and only with our written authorization. All returns must be prepaid and must be accompanied by the original packing slip. We recommend saving the original carton.
