(CONTEST) contest is open to all U.S. residents 18 years or older.
The registrant need not be present to win. Employees of Golfsmith, its
affiliated companies, and immediate families of employees are not eligible.
Thirty-one (31) winners will receive one $100 Golfsmith Gift Card (PRIZE)
at an estimated value of $100.00.
- Register for the
CONTEST by submitting a complete online registration form located on
the Golfsmith International, L.P. web site. It must be received by Golfsmith
by 11:59 PM CST each day during the month of July. One winner will be
selected each day from all entries submitted that day. This contest
is sponsored by Golfsmith International, LP, its parents, subsidiaries,
affiliates, agents and assigns ("Golfsmith"). Golfsmith and its agencies
are not responsible for lost, damaged, misdirected, illegible or incomplete
registrations.
- Registration period
for the CONTEST contest begins at 8:00 am CST July 1, 2009 and ends
at 11:59 PM CST July 31, 2009.
- Drawing will be
held daily for the PRIZE. The winner will be notified via email from
golfsmith.com. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible
entries for the day.
- To claim the prize,
the winner must respond to winner notification email no later than 11:59
PM CST August 15, 2009. If unclaimed by August 16, 2009 the prize(s)
will go unawarded.
- Prize cannot be
exchanged for cash or alternate prize. Winner accepts all responsibility
for any applicable tax on prize.
- Golfsmith reserves
the right to use the winner's name and likeness in future promotional
materials. Participant's registration serves as authorization for such
use. Contest entry serves as authorization to receive future Golfsmith
