How do I get a full club credit with my exchange?
In order to qualify for a full club credit return, the purchase price of your original NEW club(s) purchase must meet or exceed the following thresholds:
You must have your original receipt.
You can only take advantage of the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee once after the original purchase; any subsequent returns will be handled through Golfsmith’s Trade-In Program.
We want you to have the best clubs for your game. That’s why even clubs returned within the 30-day** threshold can only be exchanged for new clubs; no cash, credit, or gift card will be issued.

Don’t worry. If more than 30 days have passed, you’ve lost your original receipt, or you’re returning clubs beyond the first time, we’ll still take them back.
