Golf Pride Dual Durometer Grip

Introduced in 2004, the Dual Durometer high-performance grip is engineered in a breakthrough two-layer thermo set rubber construction. The firm inner layer optimizes control and feedback while the soft, high-traction outer layer maximizes feel and playability. Dual Durometer grips received an Ease of Use commendation from the Arthritis Foundation for their ability to minimize the painful effects on joints while swinging a golf club.

Rated 5 out of 5 by CR aka the spaniard Excellent wedge grip I put this grip on my cleveland 900 56 degree last summer and I was a little hesitant at first to say the least. I am a very low handicap golfer and my wedges need to be very consistent for me. I have always believed that my grips needed to be firm to give me a lot of feedback for feel, so I always played something cord and firm. But after a few weeks with these I began to change that assumption. Not only do I get great feedback, but I can tell where the club head is in my swing more consistently. I have chipped in more with this club over the past 7 months than I did all of the year before. That is not to say that the grip was responsible, but when something helps to inspire more confidence, it's always good in golf. January 24, 2006

I kept the first set for a year, and when I cut them off, I felt like I was wasting time and money regripping because they still looked and felt new. I kept the second set on for 2-3 years,and they had also maintained their appearance and flexibility. I will definitely keep these grips until I retire the clubs - they do not seem to wear out. Rated 5 out of 5 by 18Under Good feel My buddy got this grip because it matched the red and black shaft on his new driver (good reason I know) and when I hit his driver I feel in love with this grip. I have since put it on my driver and it is great. It has a firm feel but still has enough 'softness' to feel good. It is very tacky and doesn't wear very quickly. March 22, 2011
