I am a long time user of Tour Velvet grips, lately I have been in search of a grip with a softer feel but still provides the great traction & feedback of the tour velvet grip. This grip has a softer feel but it is not a mushy soft like the winn grips provide. it a subtle extra rubber soft feel if that makes sense. After a couple months of use, this grip has held up extremely well, even better then my old trusty tour velvets.. November 16, 2007

Rated 5 out of 5 by Kevin very nice grip This season I have used the Lamkin dual density torsion control, the Winn G8 AVS and the Golfpride dual durometers. I hated the Lamkins, I tried to make them work and finally could not wait to get them off my clubs! They were especially poor in humid and wet conditions. I really like the Winn grips, they are not too soft for me and provide good grip in all conditions. The Golfpride grip edges the Winn in durability though. The Winn's are wearing out where my thimbs are placed on the club. These dual durometers have a great feel to them, firmer than the Winns of course, but not hard or harsh. I have played in all kinds of conditions and frequently play without a glove and they have passed the test in all areas. After one half season of use they show little sign of wear. November 13, 2006

Rated 4 out of 5 by Chris Best feel of any grip I've ever used I had these on my clubs last season. They had the best feel of any grip I've ever used. Unfortunately the midsize grip is too large for my hands and the regular-sized version is too small. Maybe they'll come out with a 580 core model which will then be perfect. Until then, I'll probably go back a Tour Velvet M58R. February 24, 2006
