Lamkin Perma-Wrap Classic 3GEN Standard White Grip

Perma-Wrap grips for woods and irons have been a favorite among golfers for more than 15 years. Soft-feeling, the Lamkin Perma-Wrap Classic 3GEN Grip is now available in solid white and made with 3GEN, an advanced rubber compound that creates a natural, secure grip like no other. The tactile surface is durable and helps keep the club in position with very light tension. The compound's unique, impact-softening qualities enhance player control through swing and impact without compromising any feel to the player.

The 3GEN material features a vastly improved resistance to environmental aging and weathering factors. The material will not absorb any moisture and its tackiness is activated by toweling off the grip or using a light abrasive brush. It continually performs better if it's cleaned regularly. Simply brush it with a wet towel and not only will any dirt or grime be removed from the grip, but the material's incredible tackiness will come back.

Sticky, Comfortable, Super Shock Absorbing

Originally I got one Perma-Wrap Classic 3GEN in the mail as a sample from Lamkin. It had a really sticky feel so I thought I'd give it a try on one of my wedges. I like wraps for wedges because there is no thumb patterns or markings to confuse you when you have to really open or close up the face of the club. The 3GEN Material is fantastic, if you have arthritis or want to have feel and control on your shots, especially steel shafts, with no harsh bite-back 3GEN is the best. The grip is super tacky, water just beads of it. But just give them a wipe with a wet cloth and its like you put tar pitch on the grip. This helps a lot with flops, deep rough and bunker shots, if you can keep your leading hand flat even if the club tries to twist on impact they are so tacky they won't turn in your glove or bare hand. And they do have some what the same feel as the leather overwraps used back when we all hit forged mussel backs. But leather overwarps today are just as expensive or more expensive than the club. Have these grips on my PW,GW, 54 and 58 plus the putter style on my putter. Great grip, give them a try. If you remember why we carried leather strips and black electrical tape in our bags you will like these grips..

I bought these to put on my driver, 3,5,7 woods. I love them. They feel great and look really good. I would recommend these to anyone.
