The Apollo Acculite Standard Stepless Iron Shaft is a lower cost alternative to much higher priced stepless shaft designs. Its mid-trajectory straight taper design offers plenty of performance at a lower price. It has a .370" tip diameter at a 41" length.

Rated 5 out of 5 by hootie1959 Apollo Stepless Steel Iron Shafts I have paired these shafts with various Snake Eye and Killer Bee iron heads. Performance is always the same-outstanding distance with great accuracy. The value and performance of Apollo shafts, I believe, are very understated. I am nearing senior age and get outstanding results from these shafts. April 24, 2013

Rated 4 out of 5 by emrussi Good, economical steel iron shaft I put together a new set of Snake Eyes irons with Apollo Acculite Standard Stepless iron shafts. In my opinion, these shafts perform about as well as more expensive shafts I've played in the past. I'm getting essentially the same distance and accuracy that I normally get with other shafts. No need to spend a lot more when you can get these for a great price. May 24, 2012

Rated 4 out of 5 by majic Good value. Use caution when trimming! Bought this shaft to make a bellyputter. Trimmed 3" off tip to make it a wedge flex. It looks and feels great! Do not try to use a tubing cutter for trimming as the chrome on the shaft will flake off. Instead use a cut-off wheel and you will be happier with the outcome. Unless you know the exact length you need,error on making it too long and final trim to suit. Time will tell if shaft finish holds up. August 24, 2011
