Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of online placement. Orders must be placed by 9am (CST) Monday-Friday in order to be eligible for that day's “Overnight” or “2-Day Air” shipments. Orders for residential delivery placed on Sunday or Monday will not be shipped until Tuesday and orders for business delivery placed on weekends will not ship until Monday, so please take this into consideration when specifying expedited shipping requests.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Short One Piece 2 Agree with Short One Piece. There are some shim pieces missing for the extractor to fit into vise secure enough. Also had to cut rubber back on bottom on vise clamp so extractor would fit under it correctly. Seems as though it was not engineered correctly or you forgot to send all the parts. Once got that corrected it worked perfectly. September 3, 2011
