Pro-Torch:

This torch is an effective and affordable method for heating metal woods and irons for easy shaft removal. Because the Pro Torch discharges a tighter flame that is easier to control than bulky propane torches, it is especially good for removing heat-sensitive graphite shafts. Safe for use on titanium heads and no-hosel metal woods, features include state-of-the-art waterproof ignition system, wind-resistance and a fully adjustable flame. The Torch body is constructed of high-tech polymers, provides a sturdy yet lightweight feel and hosts internal brass and ceramic parts to ensure precision operation and long life. The tool can be easily refilled with most any brand of butane gas (not included).

Great Little Torch

Very Cute and effective tool. I removed my first shaft with this tool and did not even need the shaft extractor.
For irons with iron shafts you can just put the club in the vise heat the hosel and pull the head off by hand using an oven mitt.
I bought a cheap extractor tool from another site and it was a complete waste of money. Its better to buy the well reviewed machines that Golfsmith sells.
