Can't get it to return to me

If I could get it to work right it may be a good product. I have been playing for two years and wanted to work on my swing. I cannot get it to come back to hit again after first hit. Cannot find any videos to watch to see how to make it work. Like I said, may be good product if someone can make it do what it is supposed to do.

Good product. I bought this for my beginner tennis students and give them as a gift. They like a lot and use it all the time. You should know that this can be use to hit a ball high, if you hit a ball low the ball stops to coming back. But for the power and hitting continuously the ball this is a good product. Kids love it.
