“Overnight” shipments will arrive the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after departing Golfsmith. “2-Day Air” shipments arrive in two business days after departing Golfsmith. On-time delivery for both methods is guaranteed by FedEx. Shipping delays may occur during busy Holidays or in the spring -- we will do our best to accommodate last minute and expedited orders placed during these times.

Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of online placement. Orders must be placed by 9am (CST) Monday-Friday in order to be eligible for that day's “Overnight” or “2-Day Air” shipments. When I initially ordered the product the website shipping costs where way over priced so I called in to have it corrected. It was apparently a "programming error". Second the medallions arrived with the wrong initials on them. Yes the order form was correct but the technician engraving made the mistake and obviously didn't check the work. GOLF LINKS WAS EXCELLENT quickly correcting the issue and my second set is now on the way free of charge. I was impressed with golf links service but the product feels cheap and the engraving is sloppy and uneven. Not the polished product shown in the picture... November 16, 2012
