Thunder Rip 1200

Since the late 90s, I've been a fan of the Thunder 28 inch racquet (850), which I still own. When I saw this one at the store back in March of this year, I got goose bumps, so I bought it and tested it out. Wow! It has really taken my game up a few notches. My backhand has improved, I don't have to work so hard to get power on my serve and just to mention the power and control added to my forehand. And to my opponents' surprise, when they think I am out of the point, I am able to make them hit at least one more ball.
I am still re-acquainting myself with it, but if you've ever played with a 28 inch racquet before, it's like that first love, something you never forget! Try it out and if you like it, go back and buy a second one like I did. Take care and keep it in play!

Comfortable, lightweight racket
Date:September 11, 2010
This racket is a nice, lightweight racket suitable for typical club level or league play. I use it mainly for doubles. Allows hard solid groundstrokes but is very maneuverable for quick net play.
Pros: Features, Quality, Easy to Use, Good Value, Durability

I haven't played in a while, and picked up this racquet to play my daughter who is playing high school tennis. Racquets have come a long way. The Thunder Rip is easy on the arm and easy to play with. My daughter often wants.wants to trade racquets.
