Tour Lock Pro Weight — 100 gr:

Obviously, there have been lots of advances in club technology in the past 25 years. One of the most recent is strategic weight placement, and studies show that when the proper weight is utilized in the grip, overall performance improves. Back-weighting a club has been around for a while now, and the grip itself is, in essence, a backweight, but it's never been easier than using the Tour Lock system.

The tour lock weights are perfect for what they do. The 100g in a putter grip really changes the feel and can help you to be more solid and consistent. The 10 or 20 gram versions can help iron play and the 20-40 gram range can compensate for the 60 gram shaft weight of today's drivers to help keep your hands in the slot. Experiment, if you can, and see if a little grip weighting can improve your game.

This a well made product that turned out to be just not heavy enough for my application. Winn makes a 150 gr. weight that I ended up buying from another supplier because Golfsmith didn't carry it.
