Mine had the head piece break off the first use. Still have not been shipped replacement. That may be due to moving, because GS customer service is usually A1 excellent.

Affordable, Works Well

The ZTech plastic tube is made with thinner plastic than the more expensive tubes. Since I recently bought it, I cannot say for sure, but I suspect that the plastic might be more susceptible to damage than the sturdier ones. Doesn't matter to me because I could buy another one & still have spent less than buying ONE of the competitors' tubes. The TUBE picks up balls easily & holds them securely. The mechanism that holds the balls in the tube seems more durable than the more expensive version. Good product at a very good price.
