Rated 5 out of 5 by This product very good for practice I needed to work on my right elbow staying connected and I needed to do this indoors. Chicago winters. This product really gave me a good feel for the swing, my shoulder turn and keeping connected. It also started me on improving my clubhead spead on the downswing. I plan on bringing this along to the course and warming up once I start hitting again. January 22, 2013

I really like that I can use it to just "loosen up" or stress relief, and it improves my swing at the same time. Rated 4 out of 5 by Simple but Effective As a beginning golfer, I found this device simple but effective. The grip shows you the proper placement of your hands and fingers. It is weighted to simulate the feel of a golf club. I am able to isolate the mechanics of the proper golf swing (legs, arms and posture). I bought this particular device so I could swing it in my small apartment without hitting the ceiling. It is not a replacement for golf lessons and an advanced golfer may not find this device helpful, but I believe it has helped me improve. August 31, 2012
