NOT THE GREATEST!!!
Date:August 19, 2010
I have used various types of hiting mats over the years. I use them on my patio to hit whiffle balls to groove certain things into my swing through repetition. This one has been the least satisfactory.
While the surface of the mat is OK the big problem is that everytime you hit off it the mat moves which is a pain in the neck. I am trying to come up with ideas as to how to make it adhere better to a concrete patio but so far no luck!!
There are other mats out there which are better!
Cons: Difficult to Use, Poor Design

NAIL IT DOWN!
Date:December 5, 2009
Thing moves EVERY time you hit off it. Other than that its a sturdy mat, simulates more fluffy but tight fairway grass. Durable and softer than range mats. And its not HUGE. can place it really any where just find a way to stake it down. i use 7" tent "needle" spikes to keep it in the ground, is saving my grass and preforms well. PLACE BELOW WHERE YOUR AT, it dose stick up about a inch from where your at, you want precise hitting place it below you like off the side walk in the back. For the price give it a try
Pros: Quality, Easy to Use, Good Value, Durability
Cons: Poor Design

Good Mat

High quality mat. Pretty good grass simulation. It also has good traction and does not move easily on most surfaces. Only draw back is it's a bit small in size.
