What a terrific shoe! I'm a very busy recreational competitor and have had major issues over the last 4 years with shoes. Although many were comfortable, wore well, often those would, ahem, tear off my durn toenails! And forget about the shin splints.
Digging around, I learned my high arched feet were "supinate". I needed a large toe box. I have relatively small feet (normally size 6.5), but often had to go up a full size alleviate the black-toe syndrome. Orthotics alway had to be used to support my arches. Lo and behold, the Prince T-7 becomes the perfect shoe for my type of foot! And what a great price.
I now order these T7's online without worry from Golfsmith. They have room for the orthotics (I'm never going to be without them) and my toenail-losses are gone forever. Yes, I bumped up my size to a 7 but the shoe has never failed me in the last 1.5 years I've worn them (5 times/week, year-round). Their durability is pretty amazing too. Only reason they don't get the 5th star -- They get pretty darn hot in our sweltering summers. Prince does have other shoes with more mesh, but I've not yet found one as good as this T-7. I keep a fresh pair around to swap them out and aerate them daily. My plantar fasciitis is gone, too. If you have a similar foot-type - go for this!

This Prince tennis shoe is great for a wide foot. Durable. This is my second pair and I bought an extra pair for next year.

This shoes runs large and quite wide. I had to return them twice. Make sure you know your size in this shoe before ordering.

I purchased a Tennis Racquet from Golfsmith and was so pleaed that went back the next day and had them suggest shoes. I have now bought my 3rd pair of Prince white/silver. Golfsmith have the best price on shoes on the internet. I donot have a shoe store in the mountains that carries Tennis Shoes and I play 3 days a week winter and summer. I also am 70 years old and need great shoes to keep me from falling.
