Graphite Shaft Scuff Problem

Z TECH Golf Bag Bag (Plastic) Tubes

I notice a scuffing with graphite shafts at the point where the rounded plastic tube edge is in contact with the shaft surface. The surface condition is less than when you prep the shaft tip for club assembly..
Any recommendations to eliminate the graphite scuff markings or just remove the Golf Bag Plastic Tubes.
Appreciate your tech replies. Thanks, G.Christie

Right Size
Date:April 24, 2010
I have a stand bag with 14 divisions. The inner divisions are light weight nylon, and clubs "bind up" sometimes. To prevent the nylon of wearing holes in them, I bought these. I have oversize grips, and these are the right size. (Full 1 1/4" I.D.) I used small patches of velcro inside each division and on top of each tube, to prevent coming out of the bag with club. Works Perfect!
Pros: Features, Quality, Easy to Use, Good Value, Durability

Keeping them in the bag.
Date:February 3, 2010
I use jumbo grips on all of my clubs which cause a close fit. I use adhesive backed velcro squares to keep the tubes from coming out of the bag when I remove a club. Also the tube will need to be cut off for the shorter clubs. Now all my clubs go in and come out easy.
Pros: Easy to Use, Durability
