Oakley started their Ice Pick Polarized Sunglasses with comfortably lightweight O MATTER frame material, then gave them aggressive durability and sculptural attitude, and matched it with optics that have to be experienced to be believed. That’s on top of a comfortable Three-Point Fit that uses Unobtanium components to increase grip with sweat.

Even a small amount of glare can put performance on thin ice, and when the sun bounces off flat surfaces, the reflected light can be 10 times brighter. So these sunglasses have polarized lenses processed by a liquid infusion that bonds at the molecular level to achieve the clearest, sharpest polarized lenses possible. They block glare with better than 99% efficiency, don't distort your view and they come standard.

The lenses are enhanced with Oakley hydrophobic, a permanent smudge-resistant coating that repels skin oils, lotions and dust with a slippery surface that prevents water sheens from getting a foothold. The backside is treated with a permanent anti-reflective coating, and lens options include iridium coatings to balance and tune light transmission. High Definition Optics (HDO) maximizes clarity while letting the lenses be contoured for a greater range of peripheral view. The optical performance of HDO is so precise, ICE PICK beats all ANSI Z87.1 standards for clarity. It also meets ANSI standards for impact resistance, thanks to a lens material called Plutonite that offers the added benefit of 100% UV filtering.
