Hank Haney Strike Zone

The Hank Haney Strike Zone maintains its shape after you hit it, perserving a "snapshot" or your swing at impact. You can then analyze your body and club positions and adjust your swing accordingly. Simply fill the bag with towels, shirts or other cloth and practice striking the bag at 50% effort concentrating on your form. The bag is durable enough to strike with full force, but we recommend using 75% to 80% effort as you would when swinging on the course.

“Overnight” shipments will arrive the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after departing Golfsmith. “2-Day Air” shipments arrive in two business days after departing Golfsmith. On-time delivery for both methods is guaranteed by FedEx. Shipping delays may occur during busy Holidays or in the spring -- we will do our best to accommodate last minute and expedited orders placed during these times.

Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of online placement. Orders must be placed by 9am (CST) Monday-Friday in order to be eligible for that day's “Overnight” or “2-Day Air” shipments. Orders for residential delivery placed on Sunday or Monday will not be shipped until Tuesday and orders for business delivery placed on weekends will not ship until Monday, so please take this into consideration when specifying expedited shipping requests.

Training tip If you are using this indoors on a carpet, place the bag 14 to 20 inches in front of your impact area and place a quarter on the carpet where you would place a golf ball. Try to clip the quarter on your down swing. Really improved my concentration on impact area. April 8, 2013

Have found it to be well made and durable and very good for stopping my chicken wing follow through,due to poor body rotation on follow through. recomend to all golfers. July 19, 2011
