Momentus Strength Trainer

The Momentus Strength Trainer is a workout tool that increases strength and flexibility in the golf-specific muscles. Its balanced design builds a feel for the proper golf swing. The Strength Trainer features a 36-page instructional booklet and an 18-minute workout video with drills specially designed to strengthen the muscles used during your swing. The four-pound model is great for people who have not done previous working with weights before or who are looking to do more repetitions, and it is used by women, seniors, juniors and anyone who is most comfortable with a lighter weight to give them more flexibility in working at higher repetitions. The six-pound model is the most popular for those golfers who want the extra weight to develop their core muscles as well as their golf-specific muscles and to be a little more challenged while doing their drills and swings.

Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of online placement. Orders must be placed by 9am (CST) Monday-Friday in order to be eligible for that day's “Overnight” or “2-Day Air” shipments. Used it for one week and it significantly improved my ball striking. This product is short enough so you can practice your swing in your home as well. January 7, 2008
