Great Cart
Date:September 29, 2011
Having given up golf for the past 25 years, and finally returning to the sport, I felt that it was time to update all my clubs & equipment. Bought this cart after looking & comparing. The Tour Trek was by far the best buy for the money. Looks great & most of all it rolls great..
Glad I made this decision.

Great cart
Date:May 12, 2012
Great cart! Easy to fold, unfold & store. Rolls easily. The only two negatives are: (1) the brake would be slightly easier to use on the handle instead of the wheel; (2) the umbrella holder can momentarily interfere with unfolding the cart. But the value for the price more than makes up for these minor inconveniences.

Good cart, but durability questionable
Date:May 12, 2012
For the price, this cart has all the features and usability as the brand name carts. The build quality is good, and it rolls quite nicely.
There is a potential quality flaw in the cart that could make it useless. After less than a season, the thin wire that braces between the two wheels came "uncrimped". This is a simple wire that is held together by a simple metal crimp. Under normal use, the wire slips through the crimp and is useless. This $1 part is virtually impossible to fix yourself, and Golfsmith didn't have a replacement part they could send me. This appears to be a common problem that others have experienced.
The good news is that Golfsmith stood behind their product and shipped me a new cart. I am hopeful I don't have the same problem. If I do, I will likely return it and upgrade to something else.
If they could fix this minor issue, this would be one heck of a cart for the money.

Could definitely use a re-design
Date:May 1, 2012
Good durable cart, but bulky when folded. I play a pretty hilly course, and I absolutely HATE the foot brake. It's in an awkward location, and doesn't always click into position or click out of lock when I step on the brake pedal. The flat wheels are OK but I think they attract more goose droppings than they are worth. This cart is OK, but if it had tire-like wheels with a handbrake, functionally it would be SO much better, and certainly less bulky when folded up. Also, there is a plastic clip on the handle that holds the umbrella attachment when not in use. After about a year, the clip can't seem to hold the attachment any longer. I'll be walking along and the umbrella attachment will just fall to the ground. I also wish Tour Trek sold some attachments like a sand/seed bottle and a carry cooler.
Pros: Easy to Use
Cons: Poor Design
