These training sticks are ok. They have a plastic tip on the end that is sharpened to be able to stick in the ground. The first time I used the sticks the glue came loose and the tip was stuck in the ground. I also used a drill that you hit the ball off the sticks to help and pick the ball, but after four swings one of the sticks cracked because it seems to be hollow inside. If you just use them for alignment they work fine, but in the long run you will want to go with a more durable product.
