UST Mamiya's Proforce V2 Hybrid is a Tour proven, high performance graphite shaft that features the highest quality materials for the best feel and performance. The result is the most consistent, best feeling hybrid shaft UST Mamiya has ever produced.

Here's why: the fiber orientation in the butt and mid section of the V2 Hybrid is designed to create hoop strength that gives the shaft a uniquely stable feel in the hands. Like the original V2 wood shaft, the Hybrid design balances the tip section to launch the ball higher with increased ball speed, while the optimized torque reduces spin for superior control.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Replaced my 3 and 5 iron I'm a 20 handicap and I used these shafts to build to hybrids to replace my 3 and 5 irons. The 3 iron I've never used and the 5 iron and I have not been getting along lately. I used the Quickstrike Q5's in the 27 and 19 degree lofts with oversize grips. I like them very much and they fill some large gaps in my yardages. The ball feels very solid coming off the face and has a high launch. I don't feel any vibration or twist in the shaft. I didn't do anything fancy when assembling other than cut the butt end to length. The 27 is now my 175 yard club and the 19 is my 195 to 205. June 29, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Transformed My 5 Wood I bought a Snake Eyes XT 5 clubhead and fitted it with a Grafalloy Red shaft. It worked OK but not very consistent. I refitted it with the UST Proforce V2 Hybrid shaft and what a transformation. I can not miss hit this club. Even off the sweet spot it still goes straight and long. Yes I know this head is not a hybrid head, but who cares, this shaft is awesome. I'm putting the same shaft in my XT 3 wood next. June 3, 2011
