UST Mamiya ATTAS T2 LEI2000 5 Wood Shaft

The UST Mamiya ATTAS T2 LEI2000 5 Wood Shaft uses ultra-thin, high modulus, low resin prepreg materials to create improved feel and feedback. The Linear Technology platform maximizes full length plies to improve efficiency of shaft loading. ATTAS T2 improves accuracy and distance through consistent transfer of energy through the shaft in a constant tape design. ATTAS T2 has an improved elastic impedance (EI) curve over that of the original ATTAS.

UST Mamiya removed the AXIV Weave material which was used in the Pro Force AXIVCore and carried into the original ATTAS. The AXIV Weave gave an increase hoop strength but when weighing the EI curve benefits over the hoop strength, players realized better results with the linear EI Curve. In short the ATTAS T2 does a more efficient job of transferring energy through the shaft than the predecessor.
