“Overnight” shipments will arrive the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after departing Golfsmith. “2-Day Air” shipments arrive in two business days after departing Golfsmith. Shipping delays may occur during busy Holidays or in the spring -- we will do our best to accommodate last minute and expedited orders placed during these times.

Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of online placement. Orders must be placed by 9am (CST) Monday-Friday in order to be eligible for that day's “Overnight” or “2-Day Air” shipments. Orders for residential delivery placed on Sunday or Monday will not be shipped until Tuesday and orders for business delivery placed on weekends will not ship until Monday, so please take this into consideration when specifying expedited shipping requests.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Irod Iron Shaft-Stiff is ok even for beginner! I admit that I am a beginning golfer. Having said that, I am very technical, and appreciate graphite from my long years of playing tennis at a high level. I find these shafts to be quite playable, despite a good friend telling me that I was crazy to select stiff shafts at my age (47) and skill level (beginner). I have played with steel shafted clubs and other graphite shafted clubs. What I appreciate about these shafts is the excellent feedback they provide. I paired them with the XPC V9 iron heads, and i find the combination to be very "playable" especially compared to the older irons I was playing. Time will tell if I made a mistake selecting the stiff shafts, but so far I do not regret my decision. I have become somewhat of a golf nut this season as one of my friends took up the game a few years ago, and I decided to really try to learn the game, so I have been using these shafts regularly over the past few weeks. Easily put the clubs together and much prefer my new clubs to the older steel shafted clubs i had been using. October 20, 2010
