Nice tool

I bought this to put a little life back into my worn p2s. It takes a little practice to get it right. Just remember to take your time. Once completed your grooves will be better than new. It almost feels like cheating.
Pros: Features, Quality
Cons: Difficult to Use, Durability

Regrooving made simple
Date:March 27, 2009
Easy to use with a good clamp. I use a shot of Blaster PB Penetrating Oil on the groves first and then cut with a pulling motion. The metal curl’s off in a clean cut with no vibration or tool chatter. You see a little stream of smoke coming up and no tool marks. Just go slow with even pressure and it looks like it was done on a cutting machine.
Pros: Easy to Use, Good Value

Sharpen Grooves With Carbide
Date:May 24, 2008
This carbide cutting blade for my regrooving tool was necessary as I lost the tool on the golf course. It was subsequently damaged by a mower. I replaced the blade easily and quickly and was able to repair the worn grooves on my wedges. The grooves wear over time from hitting a lot of shots. Sand, dirt, pebbles and even rocks will bend or wear the groove edges. The damage can be quickly repaired and edges sharpened by running the cutting blade through the grooves.
