Golfsmith Rattle Stopper (1 oz. Package)

This one-piece, reusable thermoplastic glue with syringe applicator offers a permanent solution to solving problems associated with clubheads that develop a rattle. The glue catches loose debris in metal wood heads, such as fly-paper. Just drill a 1/8" hole in the sole of a metal wood then inject the glue into the hole, plug, sand and polish.

Rattle STOPPED

My wifes driver developed a rattle in the head and I ordered the rattle stop in hopes of fixing the problem. I pulled the shaft, drilled out the bottom of the hosel and applied the prescribed amount in the bottom of the club head. After one shake the debris was caught in the glue and the rattle was conquered. Thanks for a very useful product.

I followed the instructions included with the package. I have a TaylorMade R9 driver so I didn't have to drill a hole, I just removed the adjustable weight and inject it through there. The rattling stopped permanently. The glue stays in liquid-ish form so it will catch new pieces that fall out as well.
