Environmentally-sensitive 2-sided tape works great with no chemical smells or messes or solvent disposal to worry about. Works best by misting with a spray bottle; use 2-3 tablespoons of dish soap mixed with 1 qt. tap water for lubrication (note: do not use soap when installing air-cushioned or ribbed grips). Sets up in about 30-45 minutes, but don't over-douse (water solution takes longer to dry than std. solvent). Tape Strips provide ease of use and convenience for gripping individual clubs (2" wide x 10" long).

Rated 4.1 out of 5 by 25 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great product. Anyone who says these strips don't stick is doing something wrong. I have been using them for about 5 years and love them. Never had a problem with them sticking. Perfect size just no need to measure and cut. I also like the Water Activated Grip Tape Strips because you don't have to mess with any smelly solvents just some water and soap. March 10, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Don't bother The strips would not stick to the club, in turn we could not get the grip on. Buy the roll tape and not the strips. Was told this tends to happen to the strips. March 3, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Good enough. These strips work well enough so far, but actually sliding a grip on was a lot more difficult than when using solution based strips. I got the new grips on, but as soon as they were on, they started to dry which made it almost impossible to line up the grip to my liking. If you just need a couple strips, this might be the choice for you, but if you can find a solution based kit, I suggest you buy that. The solution acts as a much better lubricant to slide the new grips on. I would only recommend these to a friend if they didn't need a whole kit and were only re-gripping maybe one or two clubs max. Rated 5 out of 5 by perfect grips went right on, this was my first grip job, no problems whatsoever, even after probably 20 rounds. We paid a local pro shop to do my girlfriends grips, and my own job with this tape was better than they did! Like has been said just remember to peel off the protective paper on the outside. What I did to make this easier was i started putting the tape to the shaft, but did not wrap it around all the way at first... I wrapped it about half way then started to peel the outer paper off while also wrapping the tape around the shaft. made peel off easier. August 16, 2013
