This epoxy doesn't cure hard and it's very unreliable.
I've had 4 failures with this epoxy in the last 3 months.
The last one was - I had to redo the whole set of irons 3 to PW.
FYI - I'm very precised in keeping the mixture 1:1 and the curing temperature way above the minimum 60*F,
and the bond is still not to par.
Well, one failure is too many and costly.
If you're a serious club-maker stay clear away from this product.

not dependable
Date:September 16, 2009
i bought this stuff when it first came out in the bigger bottles. Cartridges i had used a few times with no problems. The first set of bottles failed 3 of 4 times. A second set of bottle seemed to do ok for a couple batches but then failed success batches. If this stuff does not get hard like glass, you can pull the stuff apart.
On the other hand, the regular cure epoxy golfsmith sells, in large bottles, not the 30/60, is fantastic, the most dependable epoxy i have ever used, not a single failure with that stuff going back 4 to 6 years.
Cons: Quality, Poor Design, Durability

Soft Epoxy
Date:July 15, 2009
I made a new purchase of this epoxy and made a test sample and then a new club. I have been working on clubs now for close to 40 years, and in the exact same environment for about 30 years w/no problems ever. After consulting w/the tech people they confirmed my suspicion that this is not a soft set epoxy. They gratefully gave me a new batch thinking i just might have recieved a bad batch. To no avail it still sets soft. Doesn't matter how thouroughly i mix it , it still comes out soft.
Pros: Easy to Use
Cons: Quality
