Great Epoxy
Date:May 20, 2012
If you are not in a hurry this is great epoxy. cure time is 24 hours. And it doesn't seem to matter if the room temperature is 62 degrees or 77 degrees. I have used it on several clubs and personally I like the set up time which is a few hours and cure time really is 24 hours... So, don't hurry, be happy
Pros: Quality, Easy to Use, Good Value

Good but not Great
Date:October 3, 2011
I've used both the older (off white) epoxy, and this the newer (black) epoxy. I do agree that this epoxy is considerably more runny when mixing it, but the bonding strength seems to be just fine.
I've used this epoxy on over two dozen clubs and haven't had a failure yet! I have made my own hot box for epoxy curing, and I let the epoxy cure for at least 24 hours before I remove the club.
Pros: Easy to Use, Good Value

clubmaker shafting epoxy 1/2 pint black
Date:April 15, 2011
I have been buying clubmaking supplies from Golfsmith over 25 years, and this is the only inferior product I have purchased from them. This epoxy is not close to the old epoxy they used to have. I have had club heads come loose, and/or way too easy to pull with a shaft puller. I will not buy or use this product again....you have been warned.

Disappointing
Date:March 3, 2011
The label states it will begin to set up at 30 minutes at 77 degrees and that warmer temps will accelerate the cure time. I mixed the proportions perfectly and set the club in front of a gas fireplace, which has a built in fan. After 5 hours, it is still very loose. I would not recommend this to anyone. Go to your local home improvement store and buy some high-strength-quick set epoxy. It actually does what the label says: cures fast and holds strong. I should change the title of this review to disgusted.
Pros: Easy to Use
Cons: Quality, Poor Design, Durability
