Golfsmith Tour Van Shafting Epoxy

This professional formula sets in just five minutes. Tour Van Shafting Epoxy is used by major shaft manufacturers in their pro tour vans because it is ideal for jobs that require a strong bond in a hurry. The large syringe container makes 1.5 ounces of epoxy (more than enough for a full set of clubs) and ensures a precise 1:1 mix.

Rated 4.8 out of 5 by 20 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by A Must Have for your bench! Hate to wait for your head to cure to the shaft or the weight insert to cure to the shaft? This epoxy is a must. I use this exclusively and have had great results in its ease of use and its dependability. The syringe works great with the Golfsmith Epoxy Syringe Gun allowing you to use as little or as much as you feel you need. It mixes well, goes on tacky and sometimes is so tacky you do not need a clamp to insure the head does not move. If you do use a clamp it allows to safely work on the cutting to size and gripping while the head is curing. It says workable for several minutes to allow for adjustments, and also allows for easy removal later for repairs or re-shafting with a little heat from a mini-torch. September 17, 2007
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great product for single club repairs Works great and mixes easily. Would not recommend for doing more than two clubs at once, epoxy just sets up too fast. If you intend on doing an entire set, plan on making a seperate batch for every two clubs you intend on doing. Also buy some shafting beads to mix in with this epoxy, you won't regret it. Pros: Sets up and cures fast Cons: Sets up and cures fast September 18, 2011
Rated 4 out of 5 by Best for quick fix Best if used within a month after opening. Shelf life is not very long. July 12, 2010
Rated 5 out of 5 by Tour Epoxy This works well but... whenever possible, use the regular 1:1 FORMULA. See below; This epoxy is a great product... I have been using Golfsmith epoxy for over twenty years... and have NEVER had an epoxy failure... and yet it Crystalizes nicely when heated allowing easy removal. As a bonus, I have used this for may household bonding chores also! I really like that Golfsmith switched to a black formulation... it blends much better with most ferrules. I ALWAYS mix Golfsmith "Glass Beads" in for extra "bite," as a result I also never have ferrules slip on shafts, or head failure. Great product. April 20, 2010
