Replaced my 15 year old Wilson Staff sand wedge with CG14 52 (pearl) and 58 degree wedge. My pitching club is 46 degree, so thought to go up by 6 degree in each club.
I do get more spin and control with the new clubs, but comparing that to 15 year old club....well, I think most of clubs will give more spin.
However, what this club provides is the feedback and ease of swing that allows me to control and shape the shot better. It's not as "slim" or classic as my old Wilson Staff, but it is surprisingly a light and easy club to swing. With 58 degree, I lay the club face wide open for the sand shots and swing. I have never been so happy with my sand shots. I have no issue with bunker shots anymore.
I though about getting the Vokey, but with the sales promotion and coupon, I got 2 clubs for an excellent price. Definitely worth the money and great tool to cut down the handicap!
I would recommend this club to anyone. Oh, and yes, pearl finish does "wash out" after some use, but it's no big deal. Love these wedges.

This is a typical Cleveland wedge, it just flat out performs. It is easy to hit and has good results. Don't really like the yellow triangle on it though. Cleveland wedges are usually very classic looking and I like that.

The wedge is very good but I was sent a used club. I followed up with Golfsmith (online)and never received a reply. After driving 100 miles, round trip, to the nearest store, I was given a new wedge. The store manager was very nice and apologized for the problem. He gave me his card and told be to call him personally if I have any future problems. Bottom line, the club is great but not the service of Golfsmith on line.

What a great club! It felt perfect from the first swing. I love the weight and balance. Easy to use from the sand and effortless from the rough and fairway.
