Cobra Baffler Rail F

The Cobra Baffler Rail F is the easiest to hit Cobra Fairway wood ever. It is the perfect combination of power and forgiveness that is applied to an entirely new class of fairway metal. The new, unique oversized head design and a very shallow face results in an extremely forgiving fairway wood that launches the ball with ease. A four-way rail sole reduces the area of the club that comes in contact with the ground and the result is improved turf interaction and maximum forgiveness, making the Baffler Rail Fairway the most forgiving and versatile Cobra Fairway ever made. The high-strength steel face with 9-Point Face Technology creates a thin, lightweight maraging steel face that promotes faster ball speed and allows for 10 percent of the weight to be strategically repositioned low and back for improved launch characteristics and an expanded sweet zone.

Additional Features:

  • Body construction: Steel
  • Shaft: Fujikura Motore

Not enough options.

I received this club for Christmas this year. I hit it before at a demo day the previous year and absolutely loved it. Once I had the club for my own I started to see the faults.First off the shaft is horrible. I have a stiff flex and it was hardly a stiff flex. The shaft actually broke at the hosel 2 weeks after I got it and they had to send it back to get reshafted. I asked for a firmer shaft but with no luck that was the firmest. Next, it does not have the same distance as the other 3 woods I have owned. I lost around 20 yards. But on the other hand it is very solid and pretty easy to hit. All and all I would say keep looking for another club.
Pros: Quality, Easy to Use, Good Value, Durability

Nice design

This is a very nice fairway wood -- the shallow face of the 3 wood makes it easier to get the ball into the air, especially from tight lies. The stock Fujikura shaft is excellent, and in my case, a true regular flex.
Pros: Features, Quality, Easy to Use, Good Value
