Cobra S3 4-PW, GW Pro Iron Set with Graphite Shafts

The Cobra S3 Iron Set has E9 Face Technology and multi-material design, which combine to optimize all-around performance in each individual iron of this set. E9 Face Technology is a new, advanced system that creates a larger sweet zone for increased distance and accuracy. A progressive cavity design, which has a new back-cavity shape and optimized face thickness design, progresses from elliptical (long-irons) to circular (short-irons) to optimize distance and feel based on typical golfer impact patterns. A special high-strength composition of steel and alloy in the long- and mid-irons allows for a thinner, hotter face, increasing coefficient of restitutution and ball speed. A new hidden internal polymer topline and full cavity TPU (thermoplastic urethane) combine to optimize weight distribution and dampen vibration for superior feel and distance. A stepped crescent sole design narrows in the toe and heel to provide superior turf interaction, promoting more consistent distance and accuracy.

wonderfull clubs

Finally was able to take these to the course. I am 2 clubs longer with these. In fairness they are about a club stronger on the loft than my old Tour Cavity irons. They are very forgiving and build confidence. I wanted to try the stiff graphite shafts and really love them. Well hit ball are not even felt, they are that smooth. Never a problem getting the ball in the air. I debated getting hybrids to replace the long irons but after reaching a 550 yard par 5 with a towering 4 iron from 220 that idea faded away. I have never been able to reach this hole in 2 before and have never hit a 4 iron 220! My hooks and pulls don't find the woods and hazards as with my old irons and my misses are not as bad. Overall just a great set of clubs that wont disappoint!
