“Overnight” shipments will arrive the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after departing Golfsmith. “2-Day Air” shipments arrive in two business days after departing Golfsmith. On-time delivery for both methods is guaranteed by FedEx. Shipping delays may occur during busy Holidays or in the spring -- we will do our best to accommodate last minute and expedited orders placed during these times.

Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of online placement. Orders must be placed by 9am (CST) Monday-Friday in order to be eligible for that day's “Overnight” or “2-Day Air” shipments. Orders for residential delivery placed on Sunday or Monday will not be shipped until Tuesday and orders for business delivery placed on weekends will not ship until Monday, so please take this into consideration when specifying expedited shipping requests.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Pretty Good One I had the Zing model. The craftsmanship was top of the line, and it was a beautiful putter. The swing weight was just too heavy for me, especially for shorter putts on really fast greens. The only knock that I had on it was the price point vs. lack of interchangeable weights. Rated 4 out of 5 by Craftsmanship The Redwood is a beautiful putter. From the putters I've owned, this is my favorite as far as appearance and feedback. The sound is very crisp but not hollow like some of the older ping classics. I can feel the ball rolling off the milled face. Simple, elegant, and solid like a German machine. Anser headshapes are reproduced by all manufacturers, but the Redwood Anser has the perfect shape and size. The black finish does wear and silver models are bit shiny. Ping offers a custom Starshot finish but it has to be custom ordered thru its WRX department. The big drawback of the Redwood is the lack of variable head weights. At 340g (for the Anser) it is too light for my 33 inch playing length. I had to pass on this putter, but I may return to this putter when I have $500 to drop on a custom Redwood. April 15, 2011
