True Temper Rifle Iron Shaft Individual .370

The Rifle Iron Shaft from True Temper is manufactured using a proprietary process that utilizes internal rifling, which produces a highly consistent shaft that transfers more energy from player to ball than a conventional stepped shaft. The results are twofold: tighter shot dispersion and a unique, solid feel at impact. Flex coefficients (4.5, 6.0, etc.) correlate to the shaft's measured CPM (cycles per minute). The lower the number, the more flexible the shaft and the lower the bend point; the higher the number, the stiffer the shaft and the higher the bend point.

Flex Equals:

  • 4.5 = Regular
  • 5.0 = Regular +
  • 5.5 = Stiff
  • 6.0 = Stiff +
  • 6.5 = Extra Stiff
  • 7.0 = Extra Stiff +

Precision shafts are best

To get the exact flex from shaft to shaft with great consistency, you can't get any better than Precision shafts, bought out by True Temper.
As long as the same exac ting standards are maintained by True Temper for the Precision line, I would not have any other manufacturer for irons. To have true distance control , consistent flight pattern, and the same flex fell from one club to another, the Precision method for measuring the exact flex is unsurpassed.
