The Crescent Cut Sole Contour transforms a sand wedge into a utility wedge lowering the leading edge by more than 1/8" and giving you bounce when you need it, and none when you don't.

Relieved Heel Area: A camber is added from heel to toe around the crescent cut sole, creating an area of reduced (actually negative) bounce angle under the heel area of the clubhead - enabling open-faced cut lob shots from very tight lies without a dangerously raised leading edge. This adds extraordinary utility to the Solus wedges for many otherwise very difficult short game situations.

The Lowered Leading Edge allows better playability in tight lies and makes possible better cut/lob situational performance and reduced risk of "skulled" shots on open-faced shots.

Full Perimeter Weighting is added to enhance consistent distance and directional performance on off-center hits and provide more forgiveness... so you don't have to hit it perfectly to make a great shot.

A 100% CNC Milled Face & Grooves for a perfect surface with residual mill marks left on the impact area to create a "micro-groove surface" for 17% more edges for ball contact.

The Proprietary Short Game Shaft was developed for more than a year with True Temper engineers and was specifically designed for the short game. Lighter shaft weight, lower flex point and precise stiffness provide better distance control.

The Solus Exclusive Short Game Grip was developed with Winn using the breakthrough V17 Series wrap. Slightly longer with less taper for short shots requiring choking down on the shaft.
