The Titleist 909 D2 Driver is a 460cc, high performance titanium driver with a full pear profile that produces mid launch with low to mid spin, balanced for forgiveness and control.

The chassis features a modern shape with a Tour-proven profile to create a low and deep CG (center of gravity) for reduced spin, higher MOI (moment of inertia) and longer, straighter drives. A CNC milled face with thicker, centrally located trapezoidal rings is surrounded by thinner areas to maximize ball speed across the face. The shaped sole provides chassis strength, reduces vibration and tunes the impact acoustics for solid feel and better sound. An extended, full pear profile provides playability through a deep CG for stability while maintaining shot workability and control and an integral titanium hosel design saves weight, provides solid feel and allows for more shaft options.

Better Than My R11

I have had this driver since a few months after it came out with the voodoo shaft in it. Since then i have taken out the voodoo and put in the project x 6.0. I picked up the R11 in the middle of this golf season. The 909 is by far the better driver. Clubface has an amazing feel when you make contact with the ball, and it just flies off the face. When i want to work it the club does exactly what i want. Don't be fooled by all the new adjustable stuff in the new clubs. this 909 is all you could ask for.

After months of off season shopping for a new driver, this won my pocket book. I had professionals handing me the R9, G15, Nike SQ, and many more. But i finally just picked this up and hit it and was amazed. The best driver I have bought ever. I get a consistant cut on my ball flight and flies 300-310 every time. If you want a consistant club for a reasonable price. This is the one for you.

extremely long and straight

after playing TM R7 for awhile and hitting Ping,TM R9 this driver out performs them all for my game. hitting 260-280 on every drive, right down the middle

This is the best driver i have ever owned. It has great distance and very easy to work the ball. Hitting fairways and carrying traps is no problem with this driver. Would recommend to anyone. BUY THIS DRIVER!!!!!
