SKLZ Smart Glove

The SKLZ Smart Glove is a high quality Cabretta leather glove with a grip alignment aid and a removable wrist guide to train proper wrist position throughout the swing. The palm of the glove has this well defined grip alignment area to show you the optimal grip placement in the hand � something especially helpful for new golfers or those looking to address issues in their grip or swing. The when you insert the rigid plate into the back compartment on the glove and swing a golf club, you�ll notice that your wrists are prevented from �breaking down� either at the top of your back swing, or more importantly at the moment of impact. The wrist guide promotes this in-line impact stance where the club shaft, the wrists and the arm are aligned to allow the maximum amount of power transfer to the ball and ensure a squared impact of the clubhead to the golf ball. Since the wrist plate is removable, you can use the SKLZ Smart Glove to practice at the range, then take out the plate and use the glove to play a round.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Marine Glove for Training I found the glove to be very good not only for improving contact on shoys but also when putting.As for size the review's I've read saying that the sizes run small is true but not as drastic as some complain. My regular glove is med large or large and that large with this glove is just right. July 4, 2012

Rated 4 out of 5 Does what it's supposed to do The other reviewer is correct - the XL is a bit smaller than the typical XL leather glove, but I was able to get it on my hand. If you have a problem with cupping your left wrist, this glove won't let you do that. I could definitely feel a flat wrist as I completed my backswing and started my downswing, and my trajectory and location improved dramatically. Yet to be determined is whether muscle memory will imprint so I can STOP CUPPING ON THE COURSE WITHOUT THE TRAINING AID! March 30, 2011

Rated 2 out of 5 by Ranger2 Careful ! Just because the package says XL doesn't mean it a XL. They take an XL and add all of that stuff to it and you'd be lucky to call the sizing med 1/2. I've returned it- we'll see what happens. IO have no idea how it works, can't get it on my hand. October 11, 2010
