This is one fine device. I've used the old v-shaped hand grip but this is far superior. Each finger can be exercised separately and the device easily fits into your hand. The accompanying DVD with Hank Haney is also very, very good in demonstrating both how to use this device and why it's so critical to the golf swing. Well worth the price. I bought two so I could keep one in the car and one that travels with me from home to office and back. I've also noticed a marked improvement in my ball striking and have reduced my handicap from 12 to 9 in a period of four months. Do yourself a favor and get one of these for the winter.
