SKLZ Gold Flex Strength and Tempo Trainer

The SKLZ Gold Flex Strength and Tempo Trainer is designed to improve your swing while providing a core muscle workout. With a large, round head and flexible extra-long shaft, the Gold Flex encourages a flatter swing plane and forces the downswing to be initiated by the lower body, both of which fight slices. It also acts as a fitness tool to strengthen and condition golf-specific muscles, increase flexibility and improve coordination. It can be carried in the bag during the round, making it the ideal warm-up device prior to your round.

It is so useful that I used to bring it along during my game. Whenever I have a swing flaw during a game I will quickly get my swing back by swinging this swing trainer just before teeing off. I recommend this product for those who are struggling with their driver. September 20, 2012

It also forces you to swing properly--it's almost impossible to "cast" when swinging this. Once I let my golf buddies try it, they all immediately bought their own, which is the best testimonial possible. LOVE it and highly recommend it! . April 11, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Tempo Fixer This is a great piece of equipment for loosening up and swing tempo. I used it for a week at home before I went to the golf course to see if the SKLZ helped me. On the first tee box I took out my driver and just concentrated on my tempo and to my amazement the ball took off long with a slight draw. I would recommend this product to anyone that needs to slow their swing down. December 11, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great warm-up tool I was at my local driving range when I seen these girls use it before crushing balls with every club they had in their bag. They let me use it and this really helps you loosen up and use your hips when you're executing your down swing because of the flex of the shaft and the weighted ball at the end. I bought one ASAP and I went to my local driving range and used it and then tried every club in my bag (partial set for par 3's) This did help me loosen up and use my hips on the down swing on my clubs. Hopefully this will help me get the distance that I so crave with some time. I should suggest make sure you have a good take away and a straight left arm (if you're right handed) on you're back swing or this might not help you.
