“Overnight” shipments will arrive the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after departing Golfsmith. “2-Day Air” shipments arrive in two business days after departing Golfsmith. On-time delivery for both methods is guaranteed by FedEx. Shipping delays may occur during busy Holidays or in the spring -- we will do our best to accommodate last minute and expedited orders placed during these times.

Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of online placement. Orders must be placed by 9am (CST) Monday-Friday in order to be eligible for that day's “Overnight” or “2-Day Air” shipments. Rated 3 out of 5 by Not for a frequent golfer This cart is functionally well designed. It's light, folds and handles well. I play about 100 rounds a year and experienced a number of service problems. The charger has to be watched or you overcharge and kill the battery. The wheel hub design is light duty plastic parts held together by two small screws that broke. Rated 5 out of 5 by Best Remote Caddy I have had my X3R since over a year and I am power user (2-3 times/week). The caddy performs great even on very hilly terrain. Plenty of power, stability, easy to assemble and sturdy. A real work horse though light and compact when it comes to storage. All my friends have either X3Rs or X4Rs and we love it. Rated 3 out of 5 by This is a "price point" product I'm on my second season with this cart and I recommend against. If you play on a flat course, the steering can be adjusted reasonably well but otherwise it's a problem. The eye bolt use to adjust the steering is fragile and strips easily. I had to jury rig something as Bat Caddy wants a lot of money to replace a $0.35 part. The sprockets and shear pins for the drive wheels can be purchased in a 10 pack. That should be a clue that you will break a lot of shear pins. I just repaired mine for the 6th or 7th time. Easy to do, but a pain when it breaks on the course and you can't steer the cart. The remote and handle have a thin plastic film covering the buttons, I recommend duct tape. The accessories are worthless. The drink holder broke on the first use, when I fixed it (crazy glue and wire) it held up well. However the water bottle kept falling out. The scorecard holder leaves much to be desired although it does hold a spare golf ball. Any way as I say, it is a "price point" product. I'm sorry that I got it. April 19, 2012
