This intermediate level PowerBall delivers 40 lbs of isometric gyro torque. Isometric gyro torque is the conversion of gyroscopic power to physical weight. The benefit is you control the amount of weight generated at any given time allowing you to increase or reduce resistance on the fly to meet your workout needs.

This unit comes bundled with the PowerDock docking station. With a push of the button the PowerDock activates the gyro hand exercisers. It just takes a few seconds to get the gyro up to operating speed.
