Babolat French Open AeroPro Drive GT Tennis Racquet

Used by Rafael Nadal at Roland Garros in 2011, the Babolat French Open AeroPro Drive GT is all about faster strokes for greater power and spin. Aero modular technology provides 10% greater air penetration for reduced drag and higher swing speeds. The frame is constructed with GT technology, which uses a hybrid material that combines braided carbon fibers and tungsten filaments. The concentration of tungsten fibers in strategic points in the core of the frame provide an additional 10% energy recovery for added power when you strike.

Featured just above the grip is Babolat’s Cortex System, which uses modular technology to selectively filter vibration frequencies. Disruptive and unwanted higher frequencies are filtered out while feel-enhancing lower frequencies are preserved to give the player a comfortable and responsive stroke.

The Babolat AeroPro Drive GT is 27 inches long with a 100 square inch head, 16 x 19 string pattern and 7 points head-light balance point.
