The Izzo Swami 3000 Enhanced Golf GPS is simple, fast and accurate; everything a golfer needs in a GPS unit. Featuring Insta-Lok technology and powered by the latest SIRFStarIII chip, the Swami 3000 instantly calculates distance to the front, center and back of the green of over 19,000 pre-loaded courses. The Swami 3000 stores up to ten courses at a time and automatically recognizes the course you are playing on power-up. Easy-to-use buttons and a large display allow you to quickly cycle from hole to hole for quicker play. The rechargeable Lithium Ion battery holds a charge for a minimum of 12 hours at a time for extended play.

can not beat this unit for the price. Does everything it says. So far its worked on every course I've played. Shows the same yardage as units four times the price.Simple to use shows up well in sunlight.The only thing you have to do is press a button to advance to the next hole. No thrills simple to use. If I were to critique this unit I would say this. The SWAMI is not the best looking unit out there and the belt clip that it comes with is cheesy. If you are un sure about what GPS to buy I would go with this one. Rechargable battery, no fee, all courses already loaded,simple and easy to use.easy to see and read,and a low price. Good product.

Bought the Izzo Swami 3000 November 2011. Basic no frills but works decent. No yearly subscriptions is why I purchased. You have to advance to next hole manually. I also have a bushnell pinseeker 1500 when I need pinpoint accuracy. Izzo swami works well for the money. Usually pretty close to my laser readings.

I have had my Swami for 3 months and I am pleased with IT. Simple and easy to use. I have compared it to the units my buddies have and both units are within 4 yds. or less, accurate enough for me! Usually get two rounds before it needs to be recharged. Great buy for the $$

too the point

the Swami 3000 is great. no bell and whistles. take it out of the box. plug in and charge. go to one of 17,ooo courses, turn it on and in two minutes, its readey to go. yardage is very accurate. front, middle and back large display. for the money and no fees, you can't beat it. i highly recemend the Swami 3000.
