Ping G20 Hybrid with TFC169 Tour Shaft

The Ping G20 Hybrid retains the same technology that made the G15 hybrid remarkably easy to launch the ball high and straight. A flatter lie angle and crown improve the appearance for added confidence. Exceptional ground impact was assured by adding bounce and increasing sole camber both front to back and heel to toe and the G20's square setup and a neutral head rotation help bring the clubface straight at impact for shots that find their marks, even from challenging lies.

Additional Features:

  • Shaft Type: Ping TFC 169H
  • Grip: ID8

I love Ping and the full G20 line. . . except for the hybrids. The offset is way too much and I slice this thing terribly. Tough to hit on grass or, even worse, off a tee. Love the G20 irons and woods. But they really missed it with these hybrids. Just bought Callaway Rzr X hybrids to replace the Pings. Too bad.
Cons: Difficult to Use, Poor Design

NICE hybrid
Date:October 21, 2011
Just put the club in my bag last week. I went a little crazy and bought the 31 degree club. Playing most of my golf in NC allows me to play year round however the tight ties when the fairways go dormant became difficult with long irons. I have switched this 31 degree out for my 5 iron. Seems a little weird but really works well thus far. The head is slightly offset and I can really hit the ball high with this club. I have carried a sonertec hybrid for over 10 years the ball flight is very low, this club allows to have the ability to go high into the green as will. This club can be worked a little, as a reformed slicer I can hit this club straight or with a slight draw is very easy.
Pros: Quality, Easy to Use, Good Value
