Modeled for maximum forgiveness and ball speed, the Viper utilizes many of the attributes of the Snake Eyes 695 series. The variable cup face and four piece precision welded head delivers the hottest face legally possible while exploiting every gram of distributable weight available.

Rated 3 out of 5 by viper driver the viper driver is a pretty fair head.I built a 10.5 degree,with a stiff prol launch red shaft.The ball flight was very high and I lost yards.I just built the 695 3 wood with snake eyes r shaft and I love it.Long off the tee and off the range mat with plenty of roll.I am going to build the driver with the same shaft,the pro launch red is too stiff for me(but its a great shaft)I would suggest the 9 degree for anyone who hits the ball fairly high.Hope the 695 driver is as awsome as the 3 May 7, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Sneaky Long And Arrow Straight!! I put this together with a Proforce V2 after reading the reviews about how it was adding some extreme distances for some of the reviewers. While I didn't expect to get anything more than a few extra yards (I was already around 260 - 270 with my old driver), I was hoping for some added accuracy. WHAT A SURPRISE! Immediately I was more accurate off the tee, missing just 2 fairways on my home course the first time out with this stick. The biggest surprise was when I was measuring my drives with GPS. I could tell I was hitting it well, and was expecting to see about a 5 - 7 yard gain in distance. When I got out to my first drive, I was blown away! 290!!! I decided to see if that was just a fluke, so on the next drive (a par 5) I went at it, and gave it a nice rip. It happened to be my longest drive in about 10 years. 315 yards. The rest of the round was similar with drives ranging from 280 - 300 the whole round with only 2 misses fairways. And with each round it's just as consistent as ever. LONG AND STRAIGHT! Rated 5 out of 5 by Very Nice Clubhead When this new club line came out I looked at the whole set to replace my aging one. I built a Snake Eyes Python XLD 9.5 degrees w a UST/Snake Eyes pure shaft and just loved the club. Hit more fairways and added about 40 yards to each drive. They these new Vipers came along and I had to try them. While I really liked the UST/Snake eyes shaft I was becoming increasingly impressed with Grafalloy's Pro Launch series. So I paired the Viper 9.5 deg head with a Grafalloy Pro Launch Blue 65 stiff shaft. I couldnt be happier.....distance is really close to the same, BUT I have added a few extra yards. I am now hitting approx. 85% of my fairways with an avg distance of about 265 yards. Fantastic club you wont be disappointed. September 13, 2012
