Rated 4 out of 5 by SometimesHacker Good beginner clubs I golf pretty rarely so I didn't want to spend a lot of money on a new set of clubs. But, I was overdue. My son purchased a set of these and after trying them out, I decided to get a set as well. They seem to be well constructed and my first couple of rounds have gone quite well. I'm still adjusting to the hybrids, vs. having the 3 and 4 irons but I don't really have any complaints. I think these clubs were a great value. December 18, 2012

Rated 4 out of 5 by gapgamer Good clubs Good price Surprisingly good clubs for the money. A few pros and cons but nothing that can't be overcome. Of course when buying a new set of clubs there are going to be things you liked better about your old clubs or things you have to compensate for with new clubs. But this set actually contained a driver that is forgiving. The hybrids I have to admit took me a little time to settle in on. I've never been a big fan of hybrids. As a matter of fact I've had a driving iron from Golfsmith in my bag for about 15 years. That's purely personal choice though. After a dozen or so attempts I can hit them pretty well. Medium to short irons played as good as I expected. Considering that's usually where I pick up the much needed strokes on my game. This is where I was most focused anyhow. So I'd say the mid to long irons are the highlight to this set. The wedges are a lot heavier than I'm used to. I assumed I would have a harder time judging distance using them. However, the increased weight helps to ensure that you get under the ball with a clean cut every time. The putter is pretty much straight forward. It does what it needs to do. Overall I'm really pleased with the set. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is I would rather play with long irons than the hybrids but that's just how I like to play the game. September 2, 2012

Rated 4 out of 5 by BG23 Zevo Z4 Golf Clubs I am a beginner and recently purchased this set since it is affordable enough just in case I find golf is not for me. I have played 2 rounds of golf and couple of trips to the range and I am happy with these clubs. They are easy to hit with and durable. Putter is very good and even hit my first long putt birdie with it. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE CLUBS TO ALL BEGINNERS OUT THERE! August 28, 2012
